Upon placing an order, dreampik.com shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the service.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. The products available on the website are for retail sales, intended for end user consumption and is in no away available for resale. • Payment

• Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. • Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 7-8 days. On placing your order, you will receive a whatsapp containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

• Returns & Refund

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. Items purchased from dreampik.com are eligible for a free return/exchange, if returned within 5 days of delivery, in unused condition, with original tags and the packaging bag intact under the mentioned conditions.

• In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), you need to initiate return request with the image of the defect/ wrong product and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

• In case the order received is correct as per design and as per the size chart, then there will be no returns, you can initiate exchange for the same.

Post 5 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances. Also, we don’t provide a second exchange/return. Please make sure you choose the correct size/colour while exchanging it for the first time.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you can raise an exchange request from our website. Customized product is non returnable & non exchangeable.
